MEETINGS:
PEOPLE HELPING PEOPLE - Meeting at 12:10 p.m. today and Executive Meeting at 12:00 p.m. New members are welcome.
PROM COMMITTEE - No meeting today after school.
SADD - Meeting today at noon in Room 311.
JUNIOR FLUTE ENSEMBLE - Meeting in Room 409 with Ms. Cameron at noon today.
CHORAL ENSEMBLE - Friday early morning.
SPORTS:
FALL SPORTS UNIFORMS - Please return uniforms to Mrs. Thomson asap.
ATHLETIC TRACK SUITS - Can be ordered in the phys. ed. office today.
GENERAL:
BREAKFAST EARLY MORNING HELPERS - Needed to support the student helping students program. Please leave your name in Student Services or with Mr. Clow if you would like to help.
CHRISTMAS DANCE TICKETS - Will go on sale Wed., Thurs., and Fri. of next week. Wednesday will be advanced ticket sales and only students who donate a non-perishable food item will be able to purchase tickets on this day. Students must have their student fees paid before purchasing a ticket. Only 450 tickets will be sold and it will be on a first come first serve basis. Once 450 tickets have been sold, sales willl shut down. Tickets are $10.00 each or 2 for $15.00.
SCHOOL DANCE - Tonight.
H1N1 VACCINATION - Will take place today, Thurs., Nov. 19th here at TOSH. Students are reminded to have your forms returned to your homeroom teacher asap.
RELAY FOR LIFE - Anyone wishing to represent TOSH at The Relay For Life as a team participant, can see the sign up sheet in the main office to sign up.
REACH FOR THE TOP - Today - Barons vs. Royals, Friday - Cavaliers vs. Vipers.
JOSTEN’S - GRAD RINGS - A representative will be here on Fri., Nov. 20th at noon time. $50.00 deposit with ring order. Information booklets are in the main office.
STUDENT PHOTO ORDERS - Are due Monday, November 23rd, 2009 to your homeroom teacher.

- First Nation student presentation sponsored by UPEI Dec. 4th from 11:45 - 12:45 p.m.
- Forum For Young Canadians 1 week in Ottawa during the Spring of 2010. Work and experiencing Parliament Hill. For more details, see your Social Studies Teachers or stop by Student Services.
- Looking for student tutors willing to help their fellow peers - in particular Physics. Any help would be appreciated. Please submit your name to Mrs. Sheridan in Student Services.
- YMCA Student Exchange information is now available in Student Services.
- The CPF are willing to sponsor students who are studying the French Language to take part in Encounters. This is open to students from Grades 9-12, 14-17 years. More information in Student Services or from your French Teacher.
- Rotary Youth Exchange - chance to live abroad and go to school in a country you may wish to live. There will be an information session held Wed., Nov. 25th for all those interested for students and parents.
CAFETERIA SPECIAL - Turkey Dinner or Macaroni Casserole.
