DAY 1
MEETINGS:
ALL STUDENTS WHO PORTRAYED VETERANS - Are asked to meet in Room 311 for a quick meeting today at the bell in Room 311.
STUDENT COUNCIL - None today so that students an attend help classes.
- The videographers are asked to meet at noon in Room 406.
FREE THE CHILDREN - Next meeting will be Wednesday.
SPORTS:
FALL SPORTS UNIFORMS - Please return uniforms to Mrs. Thomson asap.
WOMEN’S AND MEN’S BASKETBALL - Tryouts for both "AA" and "AAA" teams, tonight for the women 5:30-7:30 p.m. and the men 3:30-5:30 p.m.
POWER HOUR -Will start Thursday after school this week.
GENERAL:
MUSIC REQUESTS - Sign up sheet is in the main office for next dance.
REACH FOR THE TOP - No games until after mid terms.
PEER HELPERS - Reflection #4 is due Friday. ALL Scenarios must be complete to avoid and INC as your midterm mark. Block meetings are Thursday for this week. PHP 801 projects are due on Monday, Nov. 20. No lates, please. Grade 12 corrected duotangs will be in the main office box today.
CHORAL ENSEMBLE REHEARSAL - Is cancelled for this week.
FLUTE ENSEMBLE PLAYERS - See Ms. Cameron on Thursday at noon in Room 409.
CARON’S DRIVER’S ED. - Began yesterday, Nov. 9th at 3:30 p.m. in the Lecture Theatre.

- NSAC open to all students interested in NSAC open to come between Nov. 10,12,13. Check online for details.
- First Nation student presentation sponsored by UPEI Dec. 4th from 11:45 - 12:45 p.m.
- Shad Valley Experience of a life time summer learning institute nation wide in science. Scholarships are offered. Stop by Student Services for details.
- Check out the poster on EF Tours and experience of a life time.
- Project Aboard - Info. in Student Services.
- Forum For Young Canadians 1 week in Ottawa during the Spring of 2010. Work and experiencing Parliament Hill. For more details, see your Social Studies Teachers or stop by Student Services.
- Holland College Days postponed until the new year. Important notice.
- Looking for student tutors willing to help their fellow peers - in particular Physics. Any help would be appreciated. Please submit your name to Mrs. Sheridan in Student Services.
- UNB information session Nov. 17th at 7:00 p.m. at the Loyalist for students and parents.
- YMCA Student Exchange information is now available in Student Services.
- The CPF are willing to sponsor students who are studying the French Language to take part in Encounters. This is open to students from Grades 9-12, 14-17 years. More information in Student Services or from your French Teacher.
- UNB Nov. 17th at 7:00 p.m. at the Loyalist to ensure all your questions for students and parents.
