- The Canadian Aboriginal Writing Contest. More details - see the poster in Student Services

Kady Brown will be holding a presentation on the program "up with people"that travels the globe. Currently she is traveling the world returning from the Phillippenes for the holiday season .Her group consists of 104 individuals representing 22 different countries. Two areas of interests are music and global interests .For more details come to the presentation at noon on Dec. 18th at 11:50 in the Lecture Theater
Student services would like to invite all student & staff who speak another language other than English to write Merry Christmas on the white board in student services and indicate country of origin. Just another way to build on the Christmas spirit.

CHRISTMAS CLASSIC - Begins on Thursday with 12 teams competing. TOSH will play their first game on Thursday at 7:00 p.m. against Millwood and the second game will take place on Friday at 9:00 a.m. Friday will also be green and gold day and there will also be some fun game to be played during the Friday’s game.
- There is a sign up sheet outside the phys. ed. office for anyone who would like to help with the tournament. Volunteers are still needed to work the doors and canteen.
GENERAL:
PEER HELPERS - Scenario #7 is available in the main office folder and is due Friday. No lates, please!! Brief block meetings are scheduled for today.
MMR VACCINATION - Will take place on Tues., Jan. 8th. Still taking forms - hand in to the main office.
FAMILY LIVING CLASS 621 - Is hosting a bake sale at noon in front of the Lecture Theatre on Thurs., Dec. 20th. Money raised will go to The Children’s Wish Foundation.

WOMEN’S "AAA" BASKETBALL - CONGRATULATIONS - Won the Bluefield Tournament defeating Colonel Gray in the Championship Game by 27 points. Players of the Games were Shaneigh Brennan, Cierra Gaudet and Catharine Strongman.

POWER LIFTING TEAM - Congratulations for a great performance on their first qualifying meet on Nov. 27th at Westisle. Three lift totals for the squat, bench press and deadlift were: Matt Rice 750 lbs., Kris Rice 710 lbs., Robin Brown 645 lbs., and Kolton Doucette 320 lbs.

CONGRATULATIONS - TO THE THREE OAKS VOCAL ENSEMBLE - For a great performance last night with the Summerside Community Choir. Also to Dylan Maddix, Quentin Heffell, Thomas Trainor, Kelsy Forrest, Carly Furlong, Sarah Chace, Megan Fleishhacker, Leanne Gaudet, Jaimee Gillis, and Courtney Fitzgerald who represented our school at the PEI Senior High Honour Band this weekend.
