SUMMER TUTORING PROGRAM FOR CHILDREN WITH DISABILITIES - If you or someone you know has a disability and can benefit from a summer tutoring program offered by the Prince Edward Island Council of the Disabled, please stop by Student Services for the criteria and an application form. The program assists children with disabilities across the province by providing one-on-one tutoring support in their homes/communities to help retain the skills they have learned over the school year. The program will run from July 2nd until August 22nd, 2008. Application deadline is Fri., May 16th, 2008.

SUMMER TUTORING PROGRAM FOR CHILDREN WITH DISABILITIES - If you or someone you know has a disability and can benefit from a summer tutoring program offered by the Prince Edward Island Council of the Disabled, please stop by Student Services for the criteria and an application form. The program assists children with disabilities across the province by providing one-on-one tutoring support in their homes/communities to help retain the skills they have learned over the school year. The program will run from July 2nd until August 22nd, 2008. Application deadline is Fri., May 16th, 2008.

MRS. GILLIS’ CLASS ROOM 421 - would like to take this opportunity to thank all students and staff of TOSH for your dedication to our recycling program by putting the cans and bottles in the blue recycle containers. We have collected over 16,500 cans and bottles so far this year. This is a huge amount of product which will not end up in the landfill sites on PEI. The over $800.00 collected so far, will help Farmers Helping Farmers and the Quiet Room for Mrs. Gillis ’ students. Once again, keep up the good work and help the environment of PEI for future generations.

- Young Writers Award Island Literacy. Show your creative talent and possibly win a cash prize. Speak to your English teacher for more details.
- Potential scholarship students - you need to send your information asap to your school of choice to be considered for a potential scholarship.
- UPEI bound students meet advisors to answer questions.
