DAY 1
MEETINGS:
FREE THE CHILDREN - Meeting today in Room 309 at 12:00 noon.
FOLLOWING STUDENTS TO SEE MR. MACEACHERN DURING THE A.M. RECESS TODAY - Janna Bridges, Kat Corey, Drake MacDonald, Tina Mackey, Katie MacKay, Travis Gallant, David McKinnon and Rebecca Turner.
ANIME CLUB - First meeting on Thursday at 11:55 a.m. in Room 608. There are nine slots open, so come if you are interested.
FREE THE CHILDREN MEMBERS - There will be a meeting today at 12:00 noon in Room 309.
SPORTS:
BADMINTON CLUB - The next 3 Sundays in the TOSH Gym from 3:00-5:00 p.m. Anyone who wants to play can come out or see Mr. Arsenault for more info.
PROVINCIAL VOLLEYBALL TRYOUTS - At Kensington on Dec. 29th and 30th; Women - 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.; Men 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
GENERAL:
NEXT GRAD ACTIVITY - Will be a Grad Potluck and Games Night on Dec. 21st at 6:00 p.m. There will be an optional gift exchange. Games and more details to follow.
MRS. SULLIVAN’S BLOCK "C" FOODS CLASS - Are asked to go to Room 422 at 10:30 a.m. to prepare to leave for the field trip. Don’t forget your money and permission slips.
REACH FOR THE TOP - Today - Teachers vs. Students in the Lecture Theatre, Thursday - Barons vs. Cavaliers and Friday - Canucks vs. Crusaders.
MUSICAL AUDITIONS - Sign ups for the musical auditions end this week. Extra times have been added so please check the binder in the library. Auditions are scheduled for Friday and Saturday.
CBC RADIO - LIVE - FROM THE SALVATION ARMY THRIFT STORE IN SUMMERSIDE - Volunteers will be on hand to collect donations for the annual CBC Turkey Drive. The Grass Mountain Hobos are the special musical guests. Between 4:00-6:00 p.m. on Thurs., Dec. 10th at the Salvation Army Thrift Store, 165 Water Street.
STUDENT SERVICES:
- Check the new up-to-date Bursary Board.
- Forum For Young Canadians 1 week in Ottawa during the Spring of 2010. Work and experiencing Parliament Hill. For more details, see your Social Studies Teachers or stop by Student Services.
- December 11th - UNB St. John - all health science bound students may wish to attend.
