RELAY FOR LIFE - THREE OAKS THUNDER TEAM - Meeting today at 12:10 p.m. in the Lecture Theatre.
SPORTS:
MEN’S SOFTBALL TEAM - Congratulations for winning the bronze medal game 9-7 vs. Morell last night. Team members are asked to turn in jerseys to Mr. MacDonald today.
FIELD HOCKEY TEAM - Meeting today at the a.m. recess in the gym classroom.
MEN’S "AAA" SOCCER TEAM - Meeting today at the a,m. recess in Mr. Lilly’s Room (307).
WOMEN’S "AAA" RUGBY - Bronze medal game will take place today at 3:00 p.m.
MEN’S "AAA" RUGBY - Final vs. Rural will take place tonight at 7:00 p.m.
- Team lunch in the gym classroom.
MEN’S "AAA" BASKETBALL TEAM - Mandatory meeting at the a.m. recess in the gym classroom.
TRACK AND FIELD - Pick up your schedules in Student Services. Please arrive early to prepare for your event on Saturday.
- Your ribbons for zones are in Student Services waiting to be picked up.
GENERAL:
NOTE - CALCULUS STUDENTS - Your optional quiz will take place in Room 417 at noon today.
ANY GRADE 12 STUDENTS - Who have not picked up your Safe Grad Forms, please do so in Student Services.
ANY SADD STUDENTS - Planning to participate in the police spot check today after school, are asked to be at the office doors today at 3:50 p.m. sharp. If you cannot attend, please see Mrs. Power asap.
FREE THE CHILDREN - Potluck has been moved until Monday.
REACH FOR THE TOP - Finals will be on today and Friday.
LIBRARY NEWS - Students will not be able to sign out library books after this Friday, June 5th and ALL library books are due back by the following Friday, June 12th at the VERY latest.
PEER HELPERS - Scenario #7 is in the main office and is due Friday. Final block meeting is today. Bring your Resource Binder and Pocketbook to hand in at that time.
STUDENT SERVICES:
- All graduates - Destination of Choice - sign up sheet is now available in Student Services. If you are planning on attending post secondary upon graduation, you must indicate where you would like your transcripts sent.
- Please show proof of your scholarship offer to a Student Services Representative - Nothing can be stated at graduation regarding your scholarship if verification is not presented. If not, NO transcript will be sent in June, and no statement of congratulations of award will be mentioned on Graduation Night.
- Potential information session for First Nation Students to pursue post secondary will take place in the Lecture Theatre on June 9th at 12:00 noon.
- A few bursaries still left. Also some re listing for those who qualify should apply. Last chance to apply.
- WATA - dependant of a teacher etc.
- Kathleen Williams Nursing bound students.
- Applications for summer jobs at Sand Spit, Shining Waters and Burlington Amusement Park are available in Student Services. Start dates June 15-Sept. 7.
- Oak Acres Children’s Summer Camp are looking for counselors in training. More details in Student Services.

- Check the list of available courses still accepting applicants at Holland College.
- Volunteers needed for Lobster Carnival. Obtain bursary hours for your involvement. Come to Student Services for more information.
