MEETINGS:
PROM - Meeting today at 12:50 p.m. in Room 108. Bring your lunch.
SADD - Meeting Friday at 12:00 noon in Room 311.
ENVIROTHON - Mandatory meeting today at noon for all members competing in the N.S competition.
65TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE VICTORY IN EUROPE TOUR IN 2010 - Information meetings for any student interested in being a part of this tour to France, Belgium and the Netherlands today at 12:00 p.m. SHARP in Room 309. Be a part of history in 2010 with us....
CSLC 2009 DELEGATES - Meeting on Friday at noon in the CSLC room. Bring your lunch.
SPORTS:
WOMEN’S RUGBY - Everyday after school this week. Be sure to bring both indoor and outdoor clothing with you.
MEN’S RUGBY - Every day after school this week at 3:30 p.m.
BADMINTON - NO practice today.
LEADERSHIP STUDENTS - Meeting for all those students involved with Minor Soccer at the lunch bell in Mrs. Bell’s Room (613).
GIRL POWER - None today.
TOSH BADMINTON - Congrats to all players who moved on to the Provincials last night. Excellent showing from TOSH. Doubles Zones will take place on Mon., Apr. 20th at 3:00 p.m. at TOSH - get early dismissal forms from Mr. Arsenault on Monday morning.
ATHLETIC WIND SUITS - Forms available Friday and early next week in the phys ed. office.
INTRAMURALS - Today will be badminton ONLY.
GENERAL:
GRAD BOWLING - Will take place next Tues., Apr. 22nd at 4:30 p.m. The sign up sheet is in the office. First 40 people will be aloud to participate.
LIBRARY - Will NOT be open today after school but will be opened at recess and lunch.
PEER HELPERS - Block meetings are cancelled for this week. Reflection #4 is due on Friday. The new scenario is in the folder in the main office. 801 research papers are due Friday.
BAND STUDENTS - REMINDER - Check the rehearsal schedule posted outside the band room door. It is slightly different this week.
- REMINDER - Grade Ten Concert Band of rehearsal tomorrow morning. It is extremely important.
REACH FOR THE TOP - Today - Cavaliers vs. Canucks and Friday - Wizards vs. Paladins.
HABITAT PEI SEEKING APPLICATIONS - Can be obtained online at the Habitat for Humanity PEI website at

JVI DRIVER’S ED. - Begins, May 5th, 2009. Forms are in main office.

- Destination of Choice - sign up sheet is now available in Student Services. If you are planning on attending post secondary upon graduation, you must indicate where you would like your transcripts sent.
- Potential scholarship students - you need to send your information asap to your school of choice to be considered for a potential scholarship.
- Check the new updated bursary list in Student Services.
- Encounters with Canada - important intro meeting for grade 10 and 11 students. This is your chance and a great opportunity to experience Ottawa a whole new way.
- Evangeline Credit Union will sponsor 2 youths who have an account with them to attend the Atlantic Co-operative Youth Leadership Seminar. More details
