MEETINGS:
STUDENT COUNCIL - NO meetings until after exams.
SPORTS:
NEW DODGEBALL SCHEDULE POSTED - Games will begin today, Wed., Jan. 21st. First game is "The Goon Squad" vs. "Brotherhood" and second game is "West End" vs. "B.A.M.F’s."
GENERAL:
PEER HELPER - Scenarios are available in the main office. Also a reminder for students to complete their classroom projects.
BOOK STORE - Is open today from 11:45 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. at the top of the 600 stairs.
ALL BAND MEMBERS - Must turn in your pancake breakfast into Mr. MacDonald today.
TONIGHT THE JAZZ STUDIES CLASS - Will be performing an end of the semester concert beginning at 8:00 p.m. in the cafeteria. Admission is free and everyone is welcome.
BREAST CANCER DAY - Wear pink on Thurs., Jan. 22nd in support of The Breast Cancer Society. Ribbons will be given away for donations.
AFTERNOON CO OP STUDENTS - Reminder to hand in your weekly assignments and the evaluations.
LEADERSHIP CLASS - SALVATION ARMY CLOTHING DRIVE - Bring in any used clothing to your homerooms. There will be boxes set up in every class tomorrow and we will be taking donation for the next week.
REACH FOR THE TOP - Today - Paladins vs. Barons, Thursday - 1st Game of 2 day final, Friday - 2nd Game of 2 day final.

- 37th National Commonwealth Forum for Grade 11 or 12 Students - Ottawa - May 3-8. Registration due Feb. 15th. See your social studies teacher or Mr. Donovan in Student Services for more details.
- Destination of Choice - sign up sheet is now available in Student Services. If you are planning on attending post secondary upon graduation, you must indicate where you would like your transcripts sent.
- Explore Program 2009 French Language Bursary Program $2,000.00 Bursary. Due date Feb. 28th. Stop by Student Services.
- Tourism Employment Showcase - Thurs., Feb. 19th at the Tourism and Culinary Centre 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Over 400 different employment opportunities.
- East Prince Youth Development Centre - Summerside Job Fair to be held at the Credit Union Place on Thurs., Apr. 2nd 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
- To all graduates, potential planning on pursuing post secondary - want to earn a $1,000.00 Bursary? Watch for the announcement and is sponsored by Summerside Rotary Club. This is open to all who are trying to improve their marks and attendance in school.
- Information on an excellent bursary sponsored by The Rotary. This bursary is open to all potential graduates. Lunch time 12:00 noon in the Lecture Theatre on Thurs., Jan. 22nd. You don’t want to miss this. Rotary Club of Summerside - Rotary Adventure in Citizenship May 3-6 in Ottawa. All expenses paid. Application due Feb. 13th. Stop by Student Services.
