DAY 1
MEETINGS:
SWITCH CLUB - Meeting at the bell in the Foods Lab today.
FREE THE CHILDREN - Meeting today at noon in Rom 309.
STUDENT COUNCIL MEMBERS - Who have signed up for pumpkin patrol, are asked to meet at the lunch bell in the Lecture Theatre.
ART CLUB - Will be having it’s first information meeting today at noon bell in Room 617. Bring your lunch and your ideas.
SPORTS:
FIELD HOCKEY - Championship game will take place today vs. Charlottetown Rural. Come support the TOSH Team.
GENERAL:
WISH TREE - Student Council would like to remind you that you can buy a leaf by donation for the wish tree. All proceeds go to Children’s Wish Foundation.
OPERATION CHRISTMAS CHILD - REMINDER - Bring in items to fill your boxes. If you don’t have boxes already and would like some, go to Mr. McNeill’s room (310) at the early recess to get some.
ALL SENIOR BAND STUDENTS - Are required to stop by the band room and pick up their uniforms before leaving today
REACH FOR THE TOP - Today - Cavaliers vs. Wizards, Thursday - Spitfires vs. Barons and Friday - Teachers Game.
REMINDER TO GRADS - HALLOWEEN DANCE - Is taking place on Thursday from 8-11 p.m. Dress up in your coolest costume. There will be lots of food and prizes. Come out and have a spooktacular time.
SPOOKY GRAMS - Are for sale at lunch in front of the Lecture Theatre until Thursday at a cost of $1.00 each. Delivery on Friday.
GRADUATION PROOFS FROM HECKBERT PHOTOS (2ND BUNCH) - Are in and can be picked up in the main office at recess and/or lunch time.
PAGE FOR THE CITY OF SUMMERSIDE????? - Anyone interested, please see Mrs. Reeves. Duties include: attending council meetings the third Monday of the month from 6:10-8:30 p.m., assisting in setting up for the meeting and delivering notes and files while the meeting is in progress. One student is needed per monthly meeting and you would only be required to attend two between November and June. Students must reside in Summerside and are paid $50.00 per evening. See Mrs. Reeves by Fri., Oct. 31st if interested.

- Summer Language Bursary grants up to $2,000.00 offered to Grade 11 and 12 students. Stop by Student Services for more details.
- Shad Valley experimental learning in 10 possible Universities in Canada. Grants may cover all costs for Grade 11 and 12 students. For more details, stop by Student Services.
- Anyone interested in an anger management group, please indicate your name at Student Services.
- To all Grade 12 student fluent in English and French who are interested in The Page Program in Ottawa. Application information is now available in Student Services.
